Onboarding Team Lead

Leading a team of Onboarding Specialists, the full-time remote Team Lead, Onboarding will manage, mentor, and develop team members while delivering high-impact training and consulting to ensure clients effectively utilize the software to enhance their financial workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists to drive high performance and professional growth Execute customized training programs for various user personas and act as a primary consultant to client leadership Define, track, and report on key adoption metrics, collaborating with Implementation Management to refine enablement resources Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Enablement or Product Adoption within a SaaS environment, including 1+ years in team leadership Proven ability to manage team dynamics while executing individual enablement and project milestones Exceptional presentation skills for both small and large group settings Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle or B2B financial operations is preferred Analytical mindset with a working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
