Previous data center experience is beneficial but not essential. Long tenure is a must. We are representing a leading ENR-ranked general contractor seeking a Project Manager to support a long-term hyperscale data center program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The successful candidate will join a multi-billion-dollar mission critical program with exposure from preconstruction through delivery, working alongside highly experienced operational and project leadership teams across multiple campuses in DFW. The Opportunity This role will play a key part in leading project execution across cost, schedule, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project delivery. Ideal Background We are interested in candidates with approximately 5–10 years of construction experience who are looking to establish themselves long term within a high-performing organization and strengthen their careers in Mission Critical builds. Strong consideration will be given to individuals with: Project management backgrounds within mission critical, industrial or large commercial construction environments Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression Exposure to project financial management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution Strong communication and leadership capabilities A long-term mindset with genuine interest in growth and leadership development MEP or electrical project exposure would also be viewed positively.
