Assistant Controller

Overview Our client is a mid-sized growing, privately held company in the Western Michigan area . They are seeking an Assistant Controller to add to their team. Responsibilities Support month end close and related reporting to provide upper management. This will include US and some International Operations. Lead role in annual budget and forecast, as well as monthly variance analysis. Main point of contact for tax and audit schedule maintenance, as well as keeping up with internal audit requirements/compliance Must be a team player and be able to communicate to Functional Group and Operations team.
