Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, highly capable Medical Assistant who can also provide support at our front desk.

Duties: 

• Prepare patients for exams rooming and medical history. 
• Assist dermatologists during procedures such as biopsies, excisions and cryotherapy 
• Set up and sterilized instruments and treatment rooms 
• Document patient visits, chief complaint, history of present illness (HPI) 
• Apply topical medication, dress wounds, and provide post-procedure care 
• Educate patients on skincare routines, medications and aftercare instructions 
• Administrative duties, schedule appointments and manage patient flow 
• Document patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) 
• Cleaning and stocking rooms 

Qualifications

• Full-time: Monday – Thursday 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Fridays – 07:30 AM 2:00 PM 
• Pay range starting at $20/hr

Education: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

Experience: 

• Medical Assisting experience is preferred 
• Front Desk / Receptionist experience is preferred 
• Dermatology experience is a huge plus
