Sr. Business Analyst (AI Automation Delivery Lead)

Title: Sr. Business Analyst Duration: 12+ months (Contract) Location: Hybrid in Manhattan, New York Job Type: C2C/W2 Responsibilities Intake & Use Case Structuring: Translate business problems into user stories and measurable outcomes; create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. Agile Delivery Support: Run stand‑ups, manage backlog, track sprint progress; conduct daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives. Cross‑Team Coordination: Align business, engineering, and testing teams, including AI developers and QA resources; manage requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Testing & Validation: Support UAT, track bugs, ensure documentation compliance. Documentation: Maintain workflows, requirements, and templates. Value Tracking: Measure time savings, accuracy gains, and scalability. Governance & Scaling: Support transition from pilot to production, focusing on adoption strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master experience. Strong in Agile and documentation (user stories, workflows, data mapping); good understanding of development. Experience With Automation or AI projects (preferred). Azure DevOps. Excellent communicator across technical and business teams.
