What You’ll Do as a Shift Supervisor As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations during your shift while creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our team and guests. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. Assisting in training and onboarding new team members. Handling guest interactions and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.li> Supporting inventory management and ensuring proper use of resources. Maintaining a safe and efficient workplace for everyone. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a close-knit team. What We’re Looking For To shine in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry. A passion for great food and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
