Overview of NextThink
• Purpose: NextThink is a digital employee experience tool designed for real-time monitoring of device performance and remediation. It collects data from machines every 5 to 15 minutes to provide insights into CPU usage, memory applications, and installed software.
• Data Handling: The tool utilizes a specific query language known as NextThink Query Language (NQL), which is similar to SQL and Splunk. This allows for data extraction and the creation of dashboards to visualize performance metrics.
