Competitive salary based on experience Paid vacation Professional development and training opportunities Career growth with a growing company Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Responsibilities Manage and schedule daily installation projects Supervise and support installation crews to ensure quality workmanship and on‑time project completion Review customer contracts and coordinate material orders Oversee warehouse inventory and maintain vendor relationships Perform quality control inspections and ensure customer satisfaction Resolve installation issues and provide field support when needed Coordinate permits, documentation, and CRM updates Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Recruit, train, and mentor installation team members Manage installation schedules, employee time‑off requests, and job assignments Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, receipts, and completed projects Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or installation management Previous experience managing installation crews Experience with acrylic bath and shower systems preferred Kitchen remodeling experience is a strong plus Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
