Transaction Coordinator (100% Remote)

Description: Deliver transaction coordination services for Transactly clients. Provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals. Use Transactly’s platform to manage tasks and communications. Maintain transaction records and updates in Brivity. Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, agents, and cooperating partners. Provide feedback to improve platforms, service processes, and team culture. Take ownership of assigned work and represent PLACE values. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent. Strong knowledge of residential real estate documents and transaction timelines. Willingness to learn contracts and compliance requirements across multiple states. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Confidence using digital tools, platforms, and systems. Proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.
