** What you will do in this role ** : The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations/metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center. You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention. This is a fast pace environment and you will have the support of a regional team as we strive for excellent patient care.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Administrator: Officially we title this job a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), but in other centers it may be called an Executive Director.

** What we need from you ** :

• 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility
• Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
• You understand ROI, QMs and know your buildings metrics inside and out.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT . We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
