- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our space clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates
- Cashier - Point of Sale
- Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
- Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
- Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
- Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
