Learn about SKF at Position Summary As a Project Manager for our team, you will work with teams across functions to create clear project plans, coordinate execution, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. The project manager serves as a key liaison between plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, production, quality, and external customers to support operational excellence and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities Turn business priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and other stakeholders Facilitate project meetings, follow up on actions, and support timely decisions Communicate clearly, timely, and effectively to customers on progress, risks, and successes Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate when support or decisions are needed Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field PMP Certification desired (not required) Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience managing capital projects, equipment installations, process improvements, or facility upgrades Experience using Microsoft Planner or other PM software Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Ability to create structure, define priorities, and execute projects in a changing environment Strong communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and follow-up skills Ability to motivate, develop, and influence people and teams Other Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
