Base pay range $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Novax Recruitment Group Location: Minneapolis, MN (Minnesota based Only – Partial Remote) Salary: From $30/hr – 40/hr DOE An established steel detailing firm in the Minneapolis area is open to speaking with an experienced Steel Detailer who brings strong Tekla Structures capability and a stable employment history. This role offers a practical, efficiency-focused environment, partial remote flexibility for local candidates, and the opportunity to contribute to a tight-knit team of detailers supporting a consistent project workload. Day to Day Produce accurate structural and miscellaneous steel shop and erection drawings using Tekla Structures. Build and maintain clean, organized Tekla models with minimal supervision. Collaborate with project managers and a detailing team of approximately 10. Support workload spikes and help maintain production schedules. Review and check drawings from other detailers when required. Requirements Minimum 5+ years steel detailing experience. Strong Tekla Structures proficiency (non-negotiable). Experience across both structural and miscellaneous metals. Must live within driving distance of Minneapolis ; partial remote allowed with periodic office visits.
