Job Description

Middle Kentucky Community Action Partnership, Inc. is requesting applications for a full-time driver in the Transportation Program in Breathitt County. This position is 40 hours per week and pay is $13.00 per hour. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position requires you to be on time, dependable and self motivated.

• Transport and assist clients for non-emergency medical appointments and public transportation.

• Travel in and out of the service area is required.

• Complete paperwork in a timely manner.

• Keep assigned vehicle clean.

• Attend all required trainings such as CPR and First Aide.

• All other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must have a valid Kentucky driver license.

• Must be able to pass an annual physical.

• Must have some knowledge of vehicles and vehicle maintenance.

• Must have an excellent driving history record.

• Must pass a criminal and child abuse/neglect check throughout your employment.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol testing throughout your employment.
