Senior Product Manager
A rapidly growing technology organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Phoenix, AZ team. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule. The organization develops and supports large-scale software platforms used by government agencies and commercial customers while building new cloud-based applications that serve millions of users. The environment includes modern web applications, enterprise software solutions, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional development teams. This role offers the opportunity to help shape a newly established software product organization focused on building new digital products from the ground up. The ideal candidate enjoys working across multiple initiatives, collaborating directly with engineering teams, and driving products from concept through delivery. This position provides strong visibility, meaningful ownership, and the chance to influence product strategy in an environment balancing innovation with long-term stability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience managing software products through the full lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Experience collaborating directly with software development teams
- Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and requirements-gathering skills
- Experience creating product roadmaps and prioritizing features
