IT Support

*Description*
We are looking for a Desktop Support individual with increasing workload. They want this individual to manage and maintain all level 1 tasks including asset management, imaging, hardware support etc. so their internal resource can focus on level 2 and 3 support
Responsibilities on a Day to Day:
-Imaging computers
-Staging equipment
-Working in ITSM tool
-Adding users into Azure AD
-Taking users out of Azure AD
-Basic troubleshooting on end users equipment
This person will also need to be able to Asset Management:
-Inventory assessment and forecasting
-Inventory tracking
-Retrieval of equipment from departed employees
-Recycling
-Entering assets into our ITSM asset inventory
-Mobile phone management and configuration; Apple Business Manager
- Clean incoming equipment and store it appropriately for future use

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
