Parkside Place Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready / Ticket Runner in Pasadena, TX for our apartment community.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
- Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
- Maintain dumpster and trash areas
- Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry work, repair appliances, A/C repairs, and electrical.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
