Next Gen Search Global Product Lead

Lead the execution and operational strategy for global search initiatives, including specialized sales leadership networks and advocacy programs. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), major milestones, and feedback systems to maximize business impact.Gather, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from global enterprise and mid-market sales teams regarding search opportunities and seller needs.Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.Partner with sales teams to support executive-level summits and industry discussions, delivering insights on search trends, market innovations, and strategic growth opportunities.Drive seller training programs in close collaboration with Market Intelligence teams to ensure sales reps can effectively articulate our value proposition.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.Experience in sales enablement, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product marketing, or digital advertising.Preferred qualifications:Understanding of digital advertising sales workflows, commercial strategy, and go-to-market channels.Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a global, matrixed organization.Ability to navigate ambiguous environments, prioritize competing initiatives, and solve complex problems.Strong narrative development and executive presentation skills for senior leadership updates.Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.
