End-of-Life Registered NurseThe RN plays a crucial role within the healthcare team, providing compassionate and holistic care to individuals who are nearing the end of their lives. They provide support to patients and their families during this sensitive time, focusing on enhancing quality of life, managing symptoms, and providing emotional support.
