ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm career began while I was in college, working in agency management before moving into auto claims and eventually returning to agency leadership. I'm proud to have built my career with State Farm and to serve the Southeast Louisiana community where I was born and raised. In addition to serving customers throughout Louisiana, I'm also licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi, allowing our agency to help individuals and families across all four states.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support our local school district, the Second Harvest Food Bank, and a variety of local youth sports and dance programs. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

Our agency offers a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, one remote workday each week, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where our team can succeed both professionally and personally.

Our culture is built on teamwork, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I never ask my team to do something I wouldn't do myself, and we live by a simple philosophy: "See something, do something." ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Amy Falcon - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
