Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care by:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents

• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Supporting resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being

• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
