About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Charge experience preferred - Experience with multiple ICU specialties - Ability to float between ICUs and telemetry Description: We are seeking registered nurses for an intensive care unit. The unit specializes in Stroke/Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, and General care. Ideal candidates will have experience in more than one of these areas. Nurses must be able to float between the ICUs and telemetry unit. Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. Key skills needed include dysrhythmia management and arterial line management. Experience with ventilated patients and interpretation of arterial blood gases is essential. Staffing is supported by interdisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy and Respiratory Services. Compliance with facility dress code is mandatory. Candidates must have a professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings outside of standard earrings.
