Job Title Certified Nursing Assistant CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) Job Description Full Time shifts available: Day (6a-2p), Evening (2p-10p), Night (10p-6a) Position Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to) Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to licensed nursing staff Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment while following safety procedures Support residents in maintaining independence and participating in social and recreational activities Measure and record vital signs, weights, food and fluid intake, and other resident information as directed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers through professional and respectful communication Participate in training, staff meetings, and continuing education activities as required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Kansas Current CPR and First Aid certification Compensation and Benefits Starting pay: $17.50 per hour (Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience) Full-Time and Part-Time Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) Referral program Full-Time Paid Time Off Paid holidays Company provided life insurance Adoption benefit Disability (short and long term) Flexible Spending Accounts Health Savings Account Optional life and dependent life insurance Optional voluntary benefits including accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity Insurance, and legal plan Tuition reimbursement Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
