Title: HR/Staffing Administrator – Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Denver Coliseum – Red Rocks – Concessions Requisition #: 657290 Location Morrison, CO, 80465 Job Description Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open‑air amphitheatre. The Human Resources Assistant is a part‑time position responsible for assisting the Human Resources Management team with administrative tasks including recruiting, staffing, onboarding, employee/NPO check‑in, and related duties. The HR Assistant works well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. The schedule is event based – applicants must be available for all events, including weekends, evenings and holidays. The HR Assistant may also assist at other Aramark‑operated venues in the Denver Metro Area when requested. Compensation Data Hourly rate: $23.43. Qualifications 18 years of age or older (required) Prior administrative experience preferred Solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately Frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms Ability to work late evenings and close events for HR Job Responsibilities Facilitate all aspects of hourly recruitment, including posting requisitions, scheduling interviews and hiring fairs, sending paperwork, and onboarding. Source new nonprofit groups and submit vetting requests. Assist staffing team with event preparations, on‑site check‑in support, and reconciliation of event day operations. Communicate event details to employees and nonprofit volunteers. Complete event day preparations: creating staffing assignments, scheduling employees in payroll, preparing nonprofit event‑day packets, and delivering paperwork. Perform event‑day operations: set‑up, employee check‑in, roster reconciliation, and closing duties. Finalize event‑day reconciliation 24 hours post‑event. Perform administrative functions: distributing mail, ordering, stocking supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors. Assist with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record review. Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls where necessary. Maintain office memos and informative postings. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, PCs, and MS Office.
