What You’ll Own On 2nd Shift As the 2nd Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, strong team engagement, and consistent production output during evening hours. You Will Lead and motivate a production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. Manage shift workflow, staffing, and task assignments to maintain operational flow. Monitor production metrics and respond quickly to performance gaps. Provide real‑time coaching, training, and leadership presence on the floor. Drive accountability and reinforce a strong safety culture during shift operations. Partner with leadership to address production challenges and implement improvements. What You Bring Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
