We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our Jefferson, Wisconsin factory. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package!Management of personnel engaged in carrying out departmental objectives utilizing knowledge of company purposes, rules, regulation, procedures, and practices. (Objectives include preventative and routine maintenance of machinery and systems as well as installation and upgrades to equipment).Plans, conducts, facilitates, and supervises training of personnel.Reviews leave requests, initiates disciplinary actions, evaluates personnel performance and delivers performance feedback.
