How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate care by executing personalized treatment plans that align with the highest clinical standards and organizational protocols.
• Champion patient advocacy by serving as the primary coordinator across all clinical disciplines, ensuring a seamless and holistic healthcare experience.
• Drive clinical excellence through the continuous monitoring and documentation of patient conditions, facilitating real-time communication with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Empower patient transitions by proactively assessing and coordinating discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are prepared for the next stage of their recovery journey.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
