Direct Support Professional (Dsp)
Starting Pay: $19.00 $20.44 per hour
Dsps provide compassionate, person-centered support that empowers individuals to live independently, build daily living skills, and actively engage in their communities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while building a rewarding career.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License strongly preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus
Medical Support Professional (Msp)
Starting Pay: $20.04 $21.48 per hour
Msps provide hands-on support focused on health, wellness, safety, and daily care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others thrive.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience supporting individuals with I/dd preferred
- Valid Driver's License strongly preferred
- Commitment to professional growth and teamwork
Available Shifts:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Split shifts and flexible per diem schedules available
