Job Summary

As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in the upkeep and functionality of our CNC machines and overall building maintenance. This hands-on position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills to perform daily checks, repairs, and cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reading technical drawings, along with essential knowledge in HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and perform necessary repairs on CNC equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with daily cleaning and upkeep of the building to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Support additional facility maintenance as needed, such as basic plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC system monitoring and repairs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing or CNC environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with plumbing and electrical wiring.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills for logging maintenance records.
