Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 7 years of experience in IT services and at least 1-2 years’ experience in architecting and implementation of BPM-based systems using ActiveVOS.At least 5 years’ experience in SOA based process applications using BPM and at least 1-2 years’ experience on ActiveVoS.At least 5 years’ experience in Java Web services, JMS and other middleware technologies.At least 2 years’ experience in Telecom Domain.Thorough understanding of ActiveVOS components and features – Designer, Central, Server and Console.Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.At least 3 years’ experience in cross functional architecture and technology & solution thought leadership. At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 3 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.Experience of working in Agile MethodologyUnderstanding of market and technology trends.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.Should possess excellent client interfacing skills and analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
