SFDC Vlocity Developer

Responsibilities Conduct hands-on development, configuration, and system setup.Work in the Vlocity platform, implementing Sales and Service cloud solutions with Visualforce, Lightning, and Apex.Provide hands on expert level assistance to development team for technical issues.Demonstrate technical lead capability such as advanced Apex programming concepts including core design patterns; limits and bulk patterns; efficient and reliable trigger handling; asynchronous operations and effective unit testing.Coordinate closely with customers, vendors and other IT stakeholders.Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce to meet documented business requirements and conform to design specifications.Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.Develop UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and jQuery.Apply best practices and best-of-breed design patterns to applications developed on the Salesforce platform.Create and execute unit and integration test plans, including writing test cases, creating test data, and documenting test results.Follow established DevOps procedures for code checkout/in and deployments.Participate in bug reviews and triaging.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.Participate in team status meetings and contribute information to status, risk, and issue reports.Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership.Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.Review code, guide developers, as well as assist junior developers with writing code as neededWorks closely with architects and the development team on core developmentCollaborate with the project management team to communicate technical issues and drive timely resolutionsBasic QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience3-5 years of Vlocity Omniscript development experience3-5 years of Vlocity DataRaptors development experienceSalesforce Vlocity Certifications: Vlocity Platform DeveloperSalesforce Certifications: App Builder and Platform Developer I requiredSalesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II preferable5+ years of Salesforce development experienceFirm understanding of OOP methodologies, design patterns and development best practicesFirm understanding of Salesforce development best practicesExperience working within the Salesforce development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers andBatch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs and the Lightning PlatformPrior experience working on an agile project preferableExcellent written and oral communication skillsPosting Date:Department: -
