Job Overview As a Partner Success Manager in the Credit Cards vertical, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for planning and operationalizing some of Credit Karma’s most critical, revenue-driving initiatives. You will design, execute, and continuously optimize enterprise programs that deliver measurable business value across the full partner lifecycle. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical domain expertise and strong partner relationships to guide and influence product and business decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, evaluating the feasibility and scalability of new product initiatives while ensuring alignment with partner needs and business objectives. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Own partner relationships - building trust at senior levels, leading operational reset conversations when needed, and proactively surfacing partner needs internally Build and maintain operating routines at scale - build a knowledge hub, capture nuances, manage the upkeep, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across a complex portfolio Lead prioritization meetings between Product and Partnerships; translate partner feedback into actionable requirements for Engineering and drive rebuilds from requirements through launch Own and influence the infrastructure pipeline - acting as a force multiplier by shaping how tooling, APIs, and operational systems are built to make partner-facing work faster and more scalable Own the management for key vendors - including budget ownership, contract oversight, and accountability for vendor outcomes and deliverables Drive revenue outcomes - identifying growth opportunities, managing pipeline planning, and evaluating feasibility of new initiatives What’s great about the role: High impact, high visibility - play a key role in guiding strategy and operations for Credit Karma Work in a highly cross-functional, highly collaborative environment - you are the hub of many spokes within Credit Karma Qualifications Minimum Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Business or another related field 5+ years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, finance or similar field (experience in Internet, technology or high growth companies preferred) Extremely proficient in Excel and Google Workspace Proficient in SQL (different join types, subqueries, aggregate functions, case expressions, etc.) Proficient in storytelling through a medium like slides or powerpoint Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner with high standards for accuracy A rigorous analytical mind able to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders Previous experience improving existing processes and creating new processes to meet changing business needs Ability and comfort working cross-functionally with finance, engineering, business units, and senior leadership Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and financial partners Experience with developing and maintaining processes which meet SOX compliance standards Bonus Experience: Data Visualization (e.g., Looker), Salesforce, Jira Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
