Job Title: IT Manager Reports to: SBU Director Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours are flexible and based on business demands (Hybrid), Full time Exempt Role Summary The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the IT function is in line with the group policies and procedures. The role will include administration of infrastructure and end‑user data, network, and communication systems. Further supporting production, engineering, ERP system and ensuring compliance with standards such as CMMC v2 Level 2 (NIST 800‑171), ITAR, FAR, DFARS, and JCP. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This role primarily reports to SBU Director while functional reporting will be to Global IT Team. Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives. Participating in Global IT discussions and projects at the direction of Corporate in Finland International travel will be required on occasion Supporting Factory IT IT devices, applications, and infrastructure related matters need to be implemented to integrate into and align with Halton Group policies, procedures, and standards Support & train new employees related to IT/Cybersecurity matters Support setting up manufacturing related applications, software, machinery, and integrating into Halton IT environment Analyze and ensure the local regulatory compliance Analyze and ensure compliance within CMMC v2 Level 2 environment as required Technical Administration Maintains file systems, access control, camera systems, and security configurations Maintains facility access security configurations and employee roles Servers, switches, routers, desktop/mobile PCs, fixed/mobile phones, and wireless devices Support all systems development and management Various business IT, anti‑malware, network, and storage software applications Setting up production machinery connectivity to Halton IT systems Coordination of software updates & compatibility with machinery supplier, production and product engineering Coordination of technical support from suppliers’ IT experts Supporting the implementation of ERP system (Dynamic 365 Finance & Operations) Coordinate ERP related activities locally Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals Managerial Responsibilities Assists with budget development and expenses Routine communication with management and department teams concerning requests and projects Purchase and maintain inventory of print supplies, software, data backups, restore media, and hardware Maintains local software licensing regulations Maintains compliance with CMMC v2 Level 2 environment Routine knowledge base updating of standards, trends, and products from training and publications Create and manage documentation manuals and training materials Manages support service for IT and office equipment suppliers Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience BS degree in computer science or related field or AAS degree along with related certifications or training 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment desired IT & Cybersecurity related certifications will be considered in education and/or experience Language Skills Ability to read and speak English Possess both written and oral communication skills appropriate to a workplace environment Mathematical Skills Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts Other Skills Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Working knowledge of various IP protocols, communication standards, and terminology Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Windows Server, and understanding of networks Proficient in cloud based VOIP system configuration and applications Cybersecurity experience (CIS Controls and NIST 800‑171), specifically around CMMC and ITAR regulations Experience in basic application development and business information management applications. Proficient understanding of systems configuration standards for routers, switches, servers and storage solutions Proficient understanding of various network, application, and hardware security standards Demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot and provide support in a timely manner Evaluate and maintain various PC, network, phone, and print systems Proficient understanding of various business, server, anti‑malware, network, and storage software applications.
