Your work will be instrumental in supporting the growth of Jacobs’ portfolio , with a focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.Here's what you'll do:•    Support Program Directors in the delivery of complex infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and Jacobs’ sustainability values.•    Lead the implementation of program management functions including controls, commercial oversight, design coordination, risk and stakeholder management.•    Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget control.•    Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to foster high-performing, agile delivery environments.•    Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and building client relationships.•    Assist in developing execution plans and innovative delivery approaches for complex capital programs.•    Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all program activities.
