Lead Maintenance Technician
Pay : $38-$44/hr
Shift : First Shift (Overtime as needed)
Location : Menomonee Falls, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $38-$44/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance of the facility, grounds, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and other production equipment
- Maintain reliability of building systems to support continuous production
- Coordinate and monitor third-party contractor work for safe, compliant operations
- Use CMMS to document and track maintenance work orders (preventive maintenance)
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 7–10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience)
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and knowledge of safety practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Experience with preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and technical manuals
Skills
- CNC equipment troubleshooting and repair (CNC lathes and machining centers)
- Electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics maintenance
- HVAC and plumbing diagnostics and repair
- Preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and maintenance planning
- CMMS utilization and spare parts inventory management
