Back of House Leader/Manager

As BOH Leader/Manager, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement —all while helping us deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality. Ensure Food Excellence : Uphold Chick-fil-A’s food quality, food safety, and productivity standards. Collaborate with FOH : Work with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless guest experience. Drive Operations : Manage daily BOH operations, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth shift execution. Manage Resources : Monitor inventory, control costs, and review Profit & Labor reports to improve performance. Support the Operator : Partner with the Owner/Operator and Directors to execute restaurant-wide strategy. Qualifications 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant management required Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proficiency with basic technology (computer, iPad) Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Open availability preferred; Friday and Saturday required Able to communicate effectively with both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations Job Details Job Type : Full-time Education : No degree required Work Setting : On-site at Chick-fil-A #J-18808-Ljbffr Ontario Trillium Foundation
