Position Summary As a Produce Department Lead you will drive sales and supervise your team to deliver to members more of what they love, for less. You will model expertise in Produce and work collaboratively with other team leaders to meet club expectations. What You’ll Do Be a Team Leader – Supervises the Produce and Floral area, communicates goals, executes company programs, and advocates for members, associates, and the company. Be an Expert – Maintains in‑depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations, ensures quality standards, manages seasonality, and trains the team. Be a Techie – Uses digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve the shopping experience, and adopt new tools. Be an Owner – Drives business results, plans for profitability, maintains a neat and safe work area, ensures staffing and compliance, and displays merchandise accurately. Be a Talent Ambassador – Trains the team, encourages career growth, sources new talent, implements processes, and promotes compliance and ethics. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience working in a fresh‑production department or 6 months experience supervising a team. Must be 18 years of age or older. Completion of required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising a team. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Pay The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation through premiums may apply.
