Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessment, establish priorities according to patient age and needs.
• Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and intervention needs.
• Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care timely.
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcome evaluations.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning effectively.
• Implement and document timely interventions aligned with patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Current ACLS Certification required.
• Current TNCC Certification required.
• Effective communication skills suitable for diverse patient populations.
