An ideal fit for this role is a leader with the following expertise:Must have Manhattan & SAP experience.Lead and manage the Inventory Control team.Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.Develop inventory control strategies that support customer requirements and contractual service levels.Monitor inventory KPIs, shrink, and reporting metrics.Identify inventory risks and implement corrective actions.Partner with operations, customers, and site leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure accurate accounting and tracking of customer-owned inventory.Experience conducting full facility wall to wall Physical Inventories.The Inventory Control Manager I role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000. The Senior Inventory Control leader will also be responsible for developing and progressing key customer relationships and operational partnerships necessary to drive and support an atmosphere of continuous improvement and operational excellence as it relates to inventory control management. Responsible for ensuring adherence to Inventory Control KPI outlined in the commercial agreement are met. Customer Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership.
