Working Supervisor
As a Working Supervisor at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service. Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients in Jackson, MS.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
- Implement best practices for cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Support the branch manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
