DescriptionMy cybersecurity client is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Business Operations Manager to support both internal operations and inbound sales coordination.This role is ideal for someone who can build structure, manage workflows, document SOPs, support onboarding/offboarding processes, and confidently serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. (Newton, MA; Hybrid)What you’ll do:Develop and maintain SOPs and internal processesManage AP/AR and operational workflowsCoordinate employee and client onboarding/offboardingHandle inbound leads and manage the sales pipelineConduct discovery calls and present service offeringsMaintain accurate HubSpot CRM recordsSupport executive scheduling, logistics, and event coordinationRequirementsWhat we’re looking for:3–5 years in business operations, project management, or corporate administration2+ years in B2B sales development, account management, or consultative salesExperience creating and improving SOPsStrong HubSpot CRM skills (Nice to Have)Advanced Google Workspace proficiencyJob typePerm
