Practice Info * Physician-owned, equal-share partnership with a 2-year pre-shareholder period * Multispecialty group with over 150 clinicians * Diverse patient population, including agricultural workers, professionals, and university faculty * Hospitalists manage inpatient care, allowing focus on procedural and clinic-based work Responsibilities * Perform 100-120 procedures per month * Perform EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, and flex sig procedures 2-3 days per week * Manage ERCP volume * Participate in a supportive call schedule 7 days per month Compensation * Salary guarantee: $603,157 for 18 months, then transition to a WRVU productivity model * $40,000 sign-on bonus * $20,000 relocation stipend Benefits * 6 weeks PTO in years 1-2 and 8 weeks off starting year 3 * Full benefits package: 100% of medical, dental, and vision coverage paid by the practice * 401(k) retirement plan: Contributions start day 1, with matching after 1 year * Malpractice & CME allowance: Includes professional liability coverage and educational stipends * Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) site Shift & Schedule * Balanced schedule: 40% clinic, 60% procedures * Dedicated OR/ASC time: 2-3 days per week * Supportive call schedule: 7 days per month, with low weekend consult volume (0-3 consults/procedures per day)
