Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher (per state requirements)

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and provide case management for up to 14 students
- Write IEPs; maintain compliance with educational requirements
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Attend meetings, communicate with parents and teammates, collaborate on educational strategies
