What You'll Do
- Resolve customer concerns accurately.
- Inspect vehicles and build accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance companies.
- Handle calls with professionalism and urgency.
What We're Looking For
- Skills: Strong math and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technology: Comfort working with computer systems.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability: Monday through Friday.
