Apply today and join our team!**The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to Mosaic’s support functions. This person will lead routine cost reporting, lead meetings with functional leadership and employees, and provide direct support to function Vice Presidents and their employees for ad hoc analysis and projects. In addition, this person will lead the global budget process for support functions, provide support for the strategic planning process, provide both support and leadership roles in a number of value-add projects and process improvements for the support functions.**What will you do?*** Lead routine reporting approaches for the various corporate support functions, which includes understanding the needs of the function leader and their respective mangers. Lead routine meetings and gather, analyze, and present meaningful information. Maintain accountability for foundational reporting with special attention to the quality of information and analysis provided as well as the efficiency in which it is processed. Identify and lead process improvement efforts.* Lead the budget and forecast processes for the global support functions. Leadership will be required to communicate with all levels of the organization, execute related process improvements, and meet the expectations for analysis of costs. Provide indirect support to the forecast, Strategic Planning process, and other deliverables required by the Finance Business Partnership Team.* In working with the support functions, identify cost savings, service improvements, and other value-add opportunities.
