Clinical Supervisor

Support the patient care mission through clinical and administrative tasks within scope of practice Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical clinic operations Manage medical records Oversee patient scheduling and registration Perform insurance verification Allocate work to clinical staff Lead onsite staff Coach and develop staff Maximize clinic success Maintain professionalism, attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, cooperation, and customer service standards Requirements High school diploma 3–5 years of clinical experience Working knowledge of EMR systems Working knowledge of Word and Excel Ability to serve as liaison between management and staff Problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to convey information in writing and verbally High interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload Associate degree preferred Working knowledge of EPIC preferred Experience in a related specialty practice area preferred Medical Assistant or LPN licensing and experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong clinical and administrative capabilities, with expertise in managing medical records, patient scheduling, and insurance verification.
