Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Responsibilities: • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property • Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required • Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Qualifications: • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
