Clinicians will also help youth and their families develop effective coping, communication, and social skills through evidence-based practices. Provide assistance and psychoeducation to youth and their families on their mental health and behavioral health needs. Clinicians will have the flexibility to set their own schedule and work with as many youth and families as their schedules allow. All clinicians will receive ongoing clinical and administrative support and supervision. Duties and Responsibilities All clinicians are expected to maintain open communication with all members of the Child Family Team (CFT), including but not limited to Behavioral Assistants, Care Managers, school administration, DCP&P, and other support systems. Clinicians will maintain a timely, up-to-date electronic record of treatment and progress in a centralized database. Clinicians are required to travel to different locations in New Jersey, servicing Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, Monmouth, Ocean, Morris, and Sussex counties, and must be comfortable providing sessions in families' homes.
