Operations Coordinator

$20 per hour

Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services based in Sacramento, CA . This role is responsible to serves as a central liaison between account managers, branch teams, and sales staff to ensure all required procedures are followed.

work hours: 7am to 3pm

responsibilities:

Responsible for prescreening and reviewing preliminary orders to identify and resolve any issues
Works proactively to remove barriers that may delay project timelines
Generates proposals for code compliance and state work
Coordinates work with branch service superintendent, repair manager and service technician
Researches and responds to all inquiries regarding permits, preliminary orders and testing

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Experience coordinating operations or service/parts
Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Preferred:

Oracle database knowledge
