We are a contemporary, GYN-focused women's health practice that is looking to grow our team. We are in search of a warm and empathetic Gynecologist, and we welcome applications from new graduates. Our current team consists of four gynecologists, including a breast specialist and a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon.

• Enjoy a 4-5 day work week with flexible scheduling and dedicated operating room time. (Part-time options available for 3 days, with flexibility.)
• This position does not involve obstetrics or hospital on-call duties.
• We will cover malpractice insurance on an occurrence basis.
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
• Performance bonuses will be based on revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver gynecologic care to patients.
• Assess and evaluate patients' health conditions.
• Provide education on preventative care to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories and treatments using electronic health records (EHR), as our practice is paperless.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring appropriate follow-up with patients.
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, either in-office or at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A valid New York medical license is required.
• At least one year of experience in a hospital or private practice setting is preferred, but we are open to new graduates.
• Proficient in patient charting and familiar with relevant electronic charting systems.
• Capable of effectively supervising and managing medical staff and assistants within the office.

Contract Duration:

• A minimum commitment of two years is expected.
